One of Erin’s first projects when we moved in was to design and print a decorative molding for the base of the kitchen door. The lower hinge of the door sits on a raised wooden platform that was exposed after we removed the carpet from the living and dining rooms. Erin modeled a piece that would fit around the platform to match the surrounding woodwork. The molding is printed in 3D-Fuel Entwined hemp-infused PLA and finished with tinted epoxy resin.
